Use Internet Explorer version 6.xxx

To see which version of Internet Explorer you have:
  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Select About Internet Explorer from the Help menu.
  3. The About Internet Explorer dialog box will pop up.
  4. Look for the Version number, it should be 6.xxx
If you are using an older version of Internet Explorer, you can download the newest version for free by clicking the button below.







Javascript must be enabled

The popup windows on this site and the tools used to create your templates rely on the popular browser programming language, "JavaScript".

Test your browser to see if Javascript is enabled by clicking here.

You should see a popup message, if not, please change your browser settings to enable Javascript.
  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
  3. In Internet Options dialog box select the Security tab.
  4. Click Custom level button at bottom. The Security settings dialog box will pop up.
  5. Under Scripting category enable Active Scripting, Allow paste options via script and Scripting of Java applets
  6. Click OK twice to close out.
  7. Hit Refresh.






Cookies must be enabled

Your browser has Cookies disabled.
  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
  3. In Internet Options dialog box select the Privacy tab.
  4. Click the Advanced button at bottom. The Advanced Privacy settings dialog box will pop up
  5. Check the box for Override automatic cookie handling
  6. Set First-party cookies to Accept
  7. Set Third-party cookies to Accept
  8. Check the box for Always allow session cookies
  9. Click OK twice to close out.
  10. Hit Refresh.

Adobe has had problems with their release of Acrobat 5.0 and Acrobat Reader 5.0. If you have been having trouble viewing your proofs, please download and install one of the free upgrades below to solve the problem.
