You can access our price list by clicking here. What are your setup fees and other charges? Return To Top of List We have no hidden fees. There are no setup fees, no enrollment fees, no addressing charges, no custom photo charges and no rush charges. What is your turnaround time? Return To Top of List Most orders are printed coated and mailed within 48 hours of approval of the proof. We promise a turnaround of 72 hours. Custom designed pieces or mailers may take a little longer but a turnaround time will be provided. What format do I need for uploading images? Return To Top of List We prefer to receive images in .jpg format. Our template program
will automatically size your photo to maintain the proportional integrity of
your photo as it is inserted into your templates. You can also edit the
photo size in your templates if you choose. Generally, a photo taken
with almost all digital cameras on the market today will work just
fine. When you upload a photo or image to us, we will grade the quality of that
image for you before it is added to your personal image library. If the
resolution is not sufficient for a quality finished product, we will tell you at
that time. We also do not recommend using photos or images cut and
pasted off the internet. These images tend not to work well. An exception
is clip art or photos downloaded or purchased from the
internet. Our FREE list service is easy to use. Your first step is to choose the
type of list you want - carrier route residential or consumer demographic.
Your next step is to enter the search criteria for the list type you have
chosen. You will instantly receive the record count for your search
criteria to be certain the list size is right for your project and budget.

here. We accept lists in any comma separated or comma delimted format. The most common example of this is Microsoft Excel. When a list is uploaded, you can map the fields of that list to be certain they match up with our program just the way you want. This format can then be saved for any future uploads so that the formatting has to only be done once. If your format changes for another list, you can add a new one if you like. Are my personal lists safe on your website? Return To Top of List Your list information is totally secure on our website. We never make your information available to anyone not authorized by you. You can also delete your personal lists from our server when your job is complete.For additional information, please access a copy of our Privacy Policy by clicking here. How do I proof my job so I know it's exactly what I want? Return To Top of List Before you can checkout and order your job, an online proof has to be approved by you. The proof is created in a PDF format and is available immediately. If the proof is not exactly what you want, you can go back and edit your template before the job is ordered. It does not help our customers or us if a job does not go out exactly as our customers expect. How do I know the finished product will be high quality? Return To Top of List We utilize state of the art digital printers. Unless the job is a flyer or requested otherwise, all of our finished products are UV coated on both sides with a glossy finish. This coating provides for extra durability during mailing process and brightens ink colors so that a high quality product arrives at your customers mailbox. In addition, when possible, all barcoding is done as part of the printing process so that additional labels or bar codes do not have to be added by the U.S. Post Office. Your old jobs and lists stay in our system for future editing and use by you
and only you. This can be valuable and save a lot of time. For example, if you
are a real estate professional, you can convert a Just Listed postcard into a
Just Sold postcard and send it out to your same list in a matter of
minutes. There is no need to create a totally new job from
scratch. Although we greatly prefer that you upload your lists and create your jobs
online, we will gladly accept your e-mailed jobs and lists. Design charges may
be incurred, however, and the turnaround time will be longer than jobs accepted
online. We have tried to make our program as customer friendly and easy to use
as possible to avoid these charges and delays. |
